Return Policy

We accept returns for non-custom, non-made-to-order items within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us as soon as possible and email your order number and reason for return to:

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packed with the original packaging.

Important Notice for Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and may not be eligible for return,
unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that banks may take additional time to post the refund.
